C.C. Russell writes in Wyoming where he has lived for most of his life.  He is a multiple Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net nominee who has published in a wide variety of places online and in print.  You can find his work in The Colorado Review, Split Lip Magazine, The Meadow, Tahoma Literary Review, and in the anthology Blood, Water, Wind, and Stone (available through your local bookstore or Amazon) among others.  (Much of his online work can be accessed in the Publications tab in the menu above.)  He likes precipitation in its many forms and has a hard time saying no when a homeless cat needs a place to stay.
